Multiple folders in project
I would love to see an option to add multiple root folders to a project (similar to Visual Studio's Solution/Project panel). A lot of times a project is not localized to one folder and running multiple instances of e is cumbersome.

Yeah, I agree. This is particularly useful in situation where I have assets stored outside the main repo directory. Things like documents, Photoshop assets and the like that I don't want in the repo.
