Currently, Ctrl-0 brings up a list of tabs. To navigate this list, we have to either use the cursor keys or hit 1-9. It would make sense if we could also cycle down the list with subsequent taps of 0 while Ctrl is held. Further, if Shift-Ctrl is held while 0 is tapped, we would cycle backwards.

In other words, very similar to Ctrl-Tab, but for navigating the list in the tabs popup.
