be able to chose theme based on file types

It is simple: Certain themes are better for certain languages. For instance I would love to use the theme titled "RailCasts" for CSS because of the great highlighting and coloration. But I would rather use "Monokai" or "Sunburst" for html and "IdleFingers" for PHP....

Enough said. It's a simple concept

        and to have different themes in single file. for example to have php file with css block, html block and javascript block. each to have its own scheme.

        the code readability is extremely better that way. PSPad can do that
